Refund & Warranty Policy

At Cool Galaxy (coolgalaxy.in), we are committed to providing top-quality repair and maintenance services for Air Conditioners (AC), Refrigerators, and Washing Machines. Since we specialize strictly in repair and maintenance services (and not direct product sales), our Refund, Cancellation, and Warranty policies are structured as follows:

1. Cancellation Policy

Before Technician Dispatch: You can cancel or reschedule your service booking at no cost if done at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled appointment time.
After Technician Arrival: If a technician arrives at your location and you choose to cancel the service before diagnosis begins, or if you decline the service quotation after inspection, the standard Visiting / Inspection Fee will be applicable to cover technician travel and time expenses.

2. Refund Policy (Service Workmanship)

Because we offer professional labor and repair services, refunds on completed service labor are generally non-refundable. However, we ensure customer satisfaction under the following conditions:

Unresolved Technical Issues: If the exact same issue reported occurs again immediately after service and our technician is unable to resolve it upon re-inspection, a partial or full refund of the labor charges will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
Overcharging / Duplicate Payments: If you were accidentally charged twice or overcharged due to a payment gateway error, the excess amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Advance Payments: If you made an advance payment for spare parts or services, and Cool Galaxy is unable to fulfill the service, 100% of the advance amount will be refunded immediately.

3. Service Warranty Policy

We stand behind our repair quality with a clear and customer-friendly warranty policy:

A. Workmanship Warranty (Service Warranty)

We provide a 30-Day Service Warranty on all repair workmanship performed by Cool Galaxy technicians.
If the repaired issue reoccurs within 30 days from the service completion date, our technician will re-inspect and fix the issue free of labor charge.

B. Spare Parts Warranty

Spare parts replaced during service carry a warranty ranging from 30 days to 90 days (depending on the part type and manufacturer specification).
The exact warranty period for the replaced spare part will be explicitly mentioned in your final service bill/invoice.
Warranty replacement applies only to parts installed and billed by Cool Galaxy.

4. Warranty Exclusions (What is NOT Covered)

The Service and Spare Parts Warranty will be considered void under the following circumstances:

Power Fluctuations: Failure or damage caused by voltage spikes, low voltage, or improper electrical wiring/sockets at the customer’s premises.
Physical & Environmental Damage: Any physical damage, dropping, water seepage, fire damage, pest infestation (rats, cockroaches, etc.), or natural disaster.
Third-Party Tampering: If any unauthorized technician or third party attempts to open, alter, or repair the appliance after Cool Galaxy’s service.
Pre-existing / Unrelated Issues: New or different technical faults in the same appliance that are unrelated to the specific part or issue previously serviced by Cool Galaxy.

5. How to Claim Warranty or Refund

If you experience any issues post-service or wish to request a refund evaluation:

Contact us with your Invoice Number and Service Date.
Our team will schedule a free re-inspection visit within 24–48 hours.
If the issue falls under our warranty terms, it will be rectified at no extra cost.
