1. Scope of Services

  • Cool Galaxy provides repair, maintenance, installation, and sales assistance for home appliances including Air Conditioners (AC), Refrigerators, and Washing Machines across all major brands.

  • Services are provided at the customer's specified address within our operational service areas (Coimbatore and surrounding regions).

2. Service Booking and Inspection Fee

  • Customers can request a service through our website, phone call, or WhatsApp.

  • An initial Inspection Fee / Visiting Charge applies for the technician to visit your site and diagnose the issue.

  • Once the diagnosis is complete, our technician will provide an estimated cost for the repair and spare parts (if needed).

  • If you proceed with the repair work, the visiting charges may be adjusted or included in the final service invoice as per the agreed quotation.

3. Spare Parts and Warranty

  • Original & Compatible Parts: We use high-quality, genuine, or manufacturer-recommended compatible spare parts for all repairs.

  • Service Warranty: We offer a limited warranty on replaced spare parts and repair workmanship (typically 30 to 90 days depending on the specific part/service).

  • Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by power surges/fluctuations, physical mishandling, liquid spillage, or unauthorized third-party intervention after our service.

4. Payments

  • Payment must be made immediately upon the completion of the service.

  • We accept payments via Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and direct bank transfers.

  • Invoices will be provided digitally or in print after the payment is completed.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide a safe environment for technicians to perform their work.

  • Adults must be present at the service location during the technician's visit.

  • Customers should ensure adequate power supply and water connections required for testing the appliances during and after the service.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time without any charge.

  • If a technician has already arrived at your location before cancellation, the standard visiting charge will apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we take maximum care to handle your appliances safely, Cool Galaxy is not responsible for pre-existing internal damages, old age wear-and-tear of appliances, or unforeseen electronic board failures during inspection.

  • Cool Galaxy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use or inability to use our service.

8. Privacy Policy Integration

  • Your personal information (Name, Address, Phone Number, Email) collected during booking is strictly used to deliver service and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties.
